We strongly recommend you book all treatment time required in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.
In order to provide you and other guests with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times, we have a firm 48-hour cancellation policy.
Any appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the booked treatment date, are strictly non-refundable.
The age restriction for use of the spa and spa treatments is 16 years.
